Community Transport plays an important role in filling in the gaps in the county's transport network. Community led, localised schemes often help improve access to services for many people. Examples of Community Transport schemes include:
- Car sharing and car schemes
- Shared Taxis
- Taxi buses
- Community Minibuses
- Dial-a-Ride
- Some scheduled services
