Southern Central Oxfordshire Transport Strategy (SCOTS)
The purpose of SCOTS is to set out a comprehensive transport strategy for the Southern Central Oxfordshire region. This focuses on providing a range of transport measures to support housing and employment growth that will be taking place in these locations to 2026.
SCOTS builds on National, Regional, County and District policies, and supports our Core Strategy and Site Allocations Development Plan Documents, along with the Vale of White Horse District Council.
