South Oxfordshire District Council's website offers a range of online services. You can access these online services safely and securely.

South Oxfordshire residents can now have 24-hour access to leisure centre booking, with the launch of a new online booking system.

Online booking is currently only available to leisure centre members.You require a login PIN to access the online booking service.

Car park complaints and fine appeals

Change of address/circumstances:

Please let us know if you have moved house, changed your name, or have other changes in your circumstances. This will help us to contact you and to keep our records up to date. It is important to inform us when you move house so we can bill you correctly for your Council Tax.

Webcasts:

You can now watch council meetings from the comfort of your own home, or anywhere else where internet access is available.

The Council has installed cameras in the council chamber to broadcast planning, cabinet and council meetings on a regular basis. Live and recorded meetings will be available on this site and viewers can send comments in during the broadcasts – which occur in real time – and we are particularly keen to receive people’s views on the quality and usefulness of the webcasts.

Forestry:

Tree Works Register

You can now search for tree work applications (for Tree Preservation Orders and trees under a Preservation Order or in a conservation area) and in two ways - by location or by reference number. Go to the Tree Works Register.

Land Charges:

The Land Charges Team can provide copies of:

  • All documents revealed in the Local Land Charges Register
  • All planning Decision Notices

You can request and pay for copy documents online.

Benefits:

Find out how much council tax or housing benefits you may be entitled to, using our online calculator. The calculator can give you a rough guide to the amount of benefits you may be entitled to, however, this is subject to change once you have submitted an official application.
