Request copy documents
Obtaining copy documents from Local Land Charges
The Land Charges Team can provide copies of:
- All documents revealed in the Local Land Charges Register
- All planning Decision Notices
If you require copies of any documents, please contact the Land Charges team. You will need to make a request in writing giving the address of the property, the documents required, your details and payment in advance.

Alternatively, you can use the request form (available through the link on the top right hand side of this page) which can be completed and posted to the land charges team. We will forward the copies to you as soon as possible.
A fee is payable for all photocopies provided by the council. Please see the table of fees. Payment must be made in advance by cheque made payable to South Oxfordshire District Council, by visa/switch payment over the telephone or online.
