Request old planning applications
The Planning team requires a minimum notice of 24 hours to retrieve planning applications which are NOT current.
Please telephone, write or email identifying the planning application number and leaving your name and contact telephone number/ address. If you do not know the application number, you will need to provide site and application details (Longer notice may also be required in these instances).
Request forms are available from the Council offices reception area or in the Land Charges reception area.
This is to ensure that the application is available when you visit and it will help to effectively manage staff time.
Notice is not required if you want to see a current planning application, Decision Notice or want to search planning history for yourself on the Council's computer system in the Land Charges reception area.
